Delicious food, great ambience and really friendly staff. Everything is correct, when we are close again and it is possible, there is a mandatory visit ??

The service is friendly and attentive, even when it comes to special requests for food because children just have their own ideas. The food is very tasty and you can quickly tell that you are familiar with fish in the starfish, the ambience is rustic and in parts modern. The sanitary area is clean and functional and the location is very central towards the dike, I can only recommend the Seestern restaurant and is a must for me every time I stay in Norddeich

Our second trip to Norddeich and already the third visit to the Seestern. Of conviction! The perfect address for fish lovers. The food is delicious, the staff attentive and in a good mood, the ambience bright and cozy, the toilets clean. If we are in the area again, we will certainly stop here again.

Great restaurant with great food and friendly staff! The fish and the fried potatoes are excellent, the portions huge and at an absolutely fair price. We will be back definitely!

A very good restaurant. The range and quality of the food is good! We had a super friendly waiter. Serving the fishing spirit was made a ceremony ... absolutely cool and fun. Unfortunately you cannot reserve a table. So you have to plan waiting times and that is not so nice in bad weather.

Very, very tasty and high quality food at absolutely reasonable prices! A short waiting time has to be brought along here, but it's worth it! The service is very friendly, courteous and attentive. You really feel welcome here! We would love to come back! :-)

We were here for the first time today and we are both absolutely thrilled. The service was very friendly and the food was excellent. We had the saithe and the plaice with North Sea crabs, both were fantastic. We'd love to come back tomorrow.

After the first conversations with the waitress and the waiter, we would have gone home full of friendliness. But shortly afterwards there was space for us in this small, cute, newly renovated restaurant. A very friendly, attentive waitress was waiting for us on the first floor. All dishes, including mussels, crabs and plaice, were delicious, prices are reasonable. So gladly again :)

We have the North Sea platter with six fried fish (two fillets), fried potatoes and tartar sauce. Small salad. Fish really well fried, fried potatoes crispy, not so greasy. Homemade tartar sauce. Everything really delicious. The starfish is popular with visitors, you can tell by the queue at the entrance. Approx. 7 p.m. it works. I can only recommend it. The service is friendly and humorous. Everything great.

6 starfish from me, after a short waiting time that was worth it, there was hot, juicy fried fish and a small salad. Mega yummy. Was there again today and ordered the same. Just as mega good so they can do something. Quality is very important.

We were on vacation for 4 days in and around Emden, including 3 times in the Seestern and once in another very good and highly rated fish restaurant. But the starfish was much better: Fried fish always perfectly on point, good taste that does not require any seasoning, great fried potatoes and delicious, clearly homemade tartar sauce ... It just doesn't get any better ... then also a very fast friendly service ... that people stand in line at peak times and with corona rules and wait until they are assigned a seat and the fish restaurant across the street would actually still have space, but the waiting people still stand, says it all ... when I get back to the I will be back immediately ... So very nice reception. We could choose where we would like to sit in the restaurant. So cozy and bright on the first floor. We found a very nice place .. Staff very polite and sporty. She had to serve everything up a spiral staircase. The meal was delicious. Drinks came quickly. To finish off my husband a jubilee. And of course I flambéed a Frisian spirit with a saying. Super-duper. The restaurant is recommended ?? We have seldom seen such clean toilets ....

Great food with wide choice of sea-found ingredients. Had to wait in a line to get a table for approx. 20 minutes on a Saturday evening, but it was worth it

We can only recommend the restaurant. You sit in a nice atmosphere and are served by very friendly staff. The food was very tasty. The portions are big. The price-performance ratio is right. We would love to come back.

Very good fish restaurant everything I ate there tasted great. Was there 4 to 5 times in 3 weeks. This is a restaurant that I can recommend to everyone and I will always be happy to go there myself when I'm in Norddeich or nearby

We have not regretted the short queuing in any way. Very nice attentive service. The great thing is that you can order 3 different quantities depending on your hunger ?? Everything is very good and here you can also pay with a card, but that is secondary

Simply a great restaurant experience! The food was super tasty and anything but expensive for the quality. There was also a really nice atmosphere. The best thing was the excellent service, just amazing! Hospitality and service are still very important here. Absolute recommendation!

Good stop for a meal. The menu offers portion sizes for kids and lunch, which is highly appreciated. The Scholl/Sole is recommended

What excellent service.. good food to boot! Their star rating is very deserved.. i'd reccomend seestern als if you have young kids as they have everything to accomodate you.

The food was ok. The fish I ordered was quite greasy and the fried potatoes were unevenly fried, some were too hard and crunchy or under fried. The tables are very close together and awkward to sit at your table, when a guest is sitting behind you. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great food friendly staff. Will be coming back if I'm in the area. Best place I ate at during my 5 day stay in the area.
